Lê Nguyễn Hoàng Giang

PERSONAL PROFILE

I am currently working as a lecturer in the Graduate Programs in Education at Thompson Rivers University, BC, Canada. I am also a Postdoc Researcher in UBC School of Nursing. I hold a Ph.D. in Educational Studies from Brock University, ON, Canada. My research interest centers around social justice education, Photovoice as a visual art form in educational research, Photo-Story as an arts-based research method, and English language teaching in an era of globalization and neoliberalism. I have published articles and book chapters in peer-reviewed journals (International Journal of Qualitative Methods, Qualitative Report, etc.) and for edited/co-edited collections of Routledge, Brill/Sense. I have presented at many international conferences on education and research such as the American Educational Research Association and the Canadian Society for the Study of Education.
