I have over 10 years of experience working in the field of education in various roles, including department leadership, lecturer, international cooperation specialist, and educational consultant. I am actively engaged in researching the strengths and weaknesses of higher education systems worldwide and in Vietnam to incorporate into my studies. I was awarded an outstanding Master’s thesis on the topic of vocational training cooperation in Vietnam and its impact on improving the quality and skills of the workforce. My research focuses on the development of education-industry collaboration programs, enhancing workforce quality, employability, and educational research development. I’ve also showcased my research at numerous global education conferences and contributed to reputable education journals through publication.
